If I have an accident that happened in another state, how long will it take for the claim to be processed if I am at fault? I live in Miami Florida.

Usually, it takes the same amount of time to process your claim regardless of where it happens. The amount of time it takes can differ on many factors such as how timely all parties respond, amount of damage and/ or injuries caused, number of claimants involved, etc.
